Business Listings
Businesses listed on SKM Studio Maps must provide accurate information. False information, fake reviews, or misleading content will result in immediate removal without refund.
Paid Plans
Featured (₹999/mo) and Premium (₹2,499/mo) plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of first purchase only.
Reviews
Reviews must be from genuine customers. Fake reviews — whether positive or negative — violate our policies. Business owners may reply but may not remove legitimate reviews.
Intellectual Property
Business photos, descriptions, and content remain the property of the respective business owners. SKM Studio Maps claims no ownership over uploaded content.
Limitation of Liability
SKM Studio Maps is a discovery platform. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses. Users interact with businesses at their own discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
